A 30 minute class offered for our smallest students! This class introduces baton & acro basics, in a developmentally appropriate way. We listen to music and learn to move our bodies, while also learning to make friends and participate in a group class! Ages 3-5 years old. No experience necessary!

A 30 minute acro class for students 3-5 years old. In Kinder Acro we work to learn acro basics like table tops, handstands at the wall, forward rolls, etc. while also expanding our body awareness. In this class, we incorporate lots of music and games for our littles, as they learn how to participate in a group class setting! No experience necessary to register!

A 30 minute class for returning Kinder Acro students. Students must have prior experience in Kinder Acro or our Tiny Tots Baton/Acro class to register for this level.

A 45 minute class that focuses on introductory acro skills. Acro dance (or “acro” for short) is basically gymnastics for dancers, twirlers, etc. Open to any age 5+, but most appropriate for students 5-12 years old. This class focuses on acro foundation skills like bridges, handstands, cartwheels, and basic headstands. This is a perfect class to get students ready for Level 1 Acro for the 2023-2024 year.

A 60 minute acro class for students 6+ who would like to focus on progressing their acro dance skills. Students in this class should already be able to demonstrate a bridge, a cartwheel, and a handstand against the wall at minimum. This class will focus on cartwheel technique/variations, handstand technique, bridge from standing, walkovers, balances, and more!

**STUDENTS MUST HOLD APPROPRIATE ACRO CERTIFICATES TO REGISTER. This is a 60 minute acro class for students 6+ who already have a solid acro foundation. Students will work on walkover variations, balance variations/combinations, aerials, illusions, handsprings and more!

Acro 2: Students must have passed Level 1A AND Level 1B to register.

Acro 2/3: Students must have passed Level 1A AND Level 1B to register.

Acro 3: Students must have passed all levels through Level 1C to register.

A 30 minute class designed for Beginner to Intermediate flexibility levels. This class is not geared for a specific sport, but open to all students! We work to increase all over flexibility + mobility/strength.

This 45 minute class is designed for students with a dance, gymnastics, cheer, or baton twirling background. We will work to increase flexibility, mobility, strength, and muscle memory from a dance perspective.

A 30 minute class working on flexibility/mobility from a sports focused approach. Boys of all flexibility levels are welcome to join this session. Non-Performing Class

This 45 minute class focuses on simple baton twirling basic combinations + fun acro combinations. We will put basic skills into combinations, along with music, to increase strength/memory/coordination/skill level. This class welcomes all new students, no experience necessary.

This fun class is offered for two different age groups: 4-8 and 8+ years old. It teaches basic baton + pom dance skills in combinations! We will work various skills to music each week. Students of all levels may join, no experience needed. Offered in ages 4-8 AND ages 8+.

A 30 minute class meant to further current baton skills. Perfect for students looking to increase skill level before next year! Students must have already passed Level 1A & Level 1B or be cleared by Mrs. Maggie to qualify for this class. Non-performing class.

Our Tiny Tumblers class is an adult assisted class for children 18-36 months. This class is a 30 minute class that introduces the concepts of acro dance, body awareness, group class settings, music and movement, etc. One adult is asked to stay and assist the child in this age group. A 30 minute class for boys ages 5-8 that focuses on flexibility, agility, and acro basic skills. This class is an upbeat quickly moving class! Boys wear athletic wear to participate. Non-performing class.
